• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).
• Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or time spent in production if your order includes print-on-demand (POD) items (most of our merchandise is made-to-order).
• During peak periods (e.g., holidays, major game updates, or promotions), processing may take up to 5–7 business days or longer if a special request.
We partner with trusted carriers and print-on-demand fulfillment providers to ship directly from production facilities across the United States.
• Standard Shipping (most common): ◦ Carrier: USPS First-Class Package Service or USPS Priority Mail (depending on size/weight). ◦ Delivery time (after processing): 3–7 business days within the contiguous United States.
• Expedited Shipping (optional at checkout): ◦ USPS Priority Mail Express or UPS/FedEx options (where available). ◦ Delivery time: 1–3 business days (additional cost shown at checkout).
• International Shipping (limited availability): ◦ Available to select countries (check at checkout). ◦ Carrier: USPS International or DHL/ePacket. ◦ Delivery time is based on the carrier and location and not guaranteed. ◦ Important: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges imposed by their country. We do not cover these fees.
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on: ◦ Order weight/size ◦ Shipping destination ◦ Selected shipping method
• Free standard shipping may be offered on orders over a certain amount (e.g., $50+) during promotions check the Websites for current offers.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if you return the item (except in cases of our error see Section 6).
• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation email. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
• Delivery times do not include processing time.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control (force majeure).
• You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, insufficient postage, or refusal to accept delivery: ◦ We will charge you for the cost of reshipping (including any additional fees). ◦ Refunds may be issued minus original and return shipping costs.
• Delivery times are longer due to customs processing.
• We are not responsible for customs delays, seizures, or additional charges.
